INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 1 scoop of BASE powder with 2 cups of milk. Shake or blend, refrigerate for an hour, and enjoy!

Feel free to customize the amount and type of milk to fit your dietary goals:

WHOLE MILK
2 cups (480ml) for 500 calories (45:20:35)
1 cup (240ml) for 350 calories (50:20:30)

2% MILK
2 cups (480ml) for 475 calories (50:25:25)
1 cup (240ml) for 335 calories (55:20:25)

1% MILK or SOY MILK
2 cups (480ml) for 400 calories (60:20:20)
1 cup (240ml) for 300 calories (60:20:20)

OAT MILK
2 cups (480ml) for 450 calories (65:15:20)
1 cup (240ml) for 325 calories (65:15:20)

Keep refrigerated after mixing, and drink within 3 days.
