Returns

We cannot accept returns of Basically Food products for food safety reasons, but we are happy to send you a free replacement for any damaged or defective items!

Replacements

If there is a problem with your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@basicallyfood.com so we can make things right.

If any items in your order arrive damaged, please email us with photos and a description of the damage. We'll be happy to send you a free replacement.

If you receive any defective items, please email us with a description of what you experienced and how you prepared the product. Once we have diagnosed the problem, we will be happy to send you a free replacement for any affected items.

Refunds

In cases where a replacement is not appropriate or acceptable, we are happy to refund you for any damaged or defective items instead.

Once we have processed a refund, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
